Our story

In the 1950’s, a young man Andreas Paphitis came to London, leaving the beautiful picturesque village of Ayios Amvrosios of Kyrenia, Cyprus.
Having been taught by his uncle to work on a bench he created hand made jewellery, including Orthodox crosses and hand made gold chains. He went on to specialise in jewellery castings, and from there was born Eros Castings circa 1970, in Hatton Garden, Farringdon supplying the jewellery trade.
From those strong foundations, in 1996 AA Fine Castings was born, casting and manufacturing silver, gold, brass and many non ferrous, bio and re-cycled metals.
